I can't log in?

This e-learning uses your name that's logged in the payroll system. If your called Steve, try entering Steven. If you're married, does the company still have your maiden name? All names must be entered exactly. Please enter 'Kraft Foods' into the company name field. The system uses your unique Employee ID and this must be entered exactly. For technical help please contact us via the contact tab on the left in the help menu. If you are unsure about any of this please contact your administrator who will look into this for you.

No Sound or Video?

Check the PC/Laptop has the latest version of of Adobe Flash Player, as this will be needed to run the video and audio. This can be downloaded via the web-link below:
